At present, many business departments of Chinese hospitals have “balanced development,” and generally lack “specialized fresh” type of specialists. They do not have the expertise to influence the level of medical treatment and the quality of medical services, and affect the development of Chinese medicine hospitals. Only a few of the TCM specialists are generally teachers, family members, or self-taught students. Their cultural level is not high, and their ability to accept cross-disciplines is poor. Moreover, there is a disproportionate proportion of specialists. According to statistics, among the doctors and above in Chinese medicine institutions in China, internal medicine accounted for 63.3%, and other subjects accounted for 36.7%.
