2008年,政法培养体制改革试点工作启动以来,针对招录培养体制改革学员的培养工作一直是学者研究的重点。通过中国刑事警察学院针对刑事科学技术专业的学生所开设的《侦查学》课程的教学实践及问卷调查,从中发现了招录培养体制存在的问题,为进一步做好招录培养改革工作提出了有针对性的完善建议,即:加大招录过程中公安机关的话语权,实行春季入校,完善考核机制。 Since the start of the Pilot Program to Reform Institutional Reform in Politics and Law, in 2008, it has been the focus of scholars’ research to train students recruiting students to reform the system. Through the teaching practice and questionnaire survey of “investigation science” course set up by the Chinese Criminal Police College for criminal science and technology students, we found out the problems existing in the training system of recruiting people and proposed that there should be Targeted recommendations to improve, that is: to increase publicity during the recruitment process the right to speak, the implementation of the spring school, improve the assessment mechanism.
