本文研究了丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸(XS-Ⅰ型)共聚物的合成及在油井水泥浆中的降失水作用;对其降失水机理及影响失水控制的诸因素进行了初步探讨,结果表明,该聚合物在27—60℃温度范围内是一种良好的油井水泥失水降低剂;泥饼质量是影响失水量的重要因素。
In this paper, the synthesis of acrylamide-acrylic acid (XS-Ⅰ type) copolymer and the loss of water in oil well cement slurry were studied. The mechanism of water loss reduction and the factors controlling water loss were discussed. The results showed , The polymer is a good oil well cement dehydration reducing agent in the temperature range of 27-60 ℃; the quality of the mud cake is an important factor affecting the water loss.
