本文以抗日战争时期重庆阶段国民政府外交部、国民党中央宣传部国际宣传处的相关活动为考察对象,系统梳理了中国政府积极发展与盟国新闻界和政府宣传机构的紧密关系、创造条件展开对外宣传的史事,对抗战新闻史研究略作补白。本研究获得的启示是,借势用力的国际合作是有影响力的外宣方式,对外开放、搭桥铺路,通过更有公信力的他人喉舌表达和捍卫中国的立场、观点、利益和形象,是一种特别有效的宣传。中国在国际宣传方面的弱国地位提示我们:传播策略的改进是当前迫切的任务。
