一些报导指出DDT影响体内糖类的代谢,为研究该杀虫剂对小鼠胰岛素分泌和糖耐量的影响,作者选用了体重为25~30g的雄性瑞士种小鼠进行试验。所有小鼠均一次经口给予剂量为50mg/kg的DDT(配成1%的玉米油液),对照组给予等量的玉米油。小鼠给予DDT后进行葡萄糖耐量试验、血清葡萄糖和免疫反应性胰岛素(IRI)的测定。18小时后分离胰岛,然后用Lacy和Kostianovsky胶原酶法,观察DDT对离体的胰岛分别在与D-葡萄糖和甲苯磺丁脲(tolbutamide)培养时,对刺激胰岛素释放的影响。
Some reports indicate that DDT affects the metabolism of carbohydrates in vivo. To study the effects of the insecticide on insulin secretion and glucose tolerance in mice, the authors selected male Swiss mice weighing 25-30 g for testing. All mice were orally administered DDT at a dose of 50 mg / kg (with 1% corn oil) and the control group with the same amount of corn oil. The mice were given DDT for glucose tolerance test, serum glucose and immunoreactive insulin (IRI) determination. After 18 hours, the islets were separated, and then Lacy and Kostianovsky’s collagenase method was used to observe the effect of DDT on stimulated insulin release when the isolated islets were incubated with D-glucose and tolbutamide, respectively.
