本文结合新形势下对党员干部素质提升的要求,把握油田企业单位以及党员队伍的自身特点,探讨解决目前在基层党组织、党员干部学习教育中不适应、不明显、不作为的问题。阐述建立“深学理论、精学业务,互学经验,争学先进”的“四学”机制,通过多方延伸学习内容,整合学习资源,开阔视线视野,改善知识结构,不断适应形势的变化,摸索出一条实现学习和工作共赢的路子,达到推进学习型党员干部队伍建设的目的。
Combining with the requirement of upgrading the quality of party members and cadres in the new situation, this paper grasps the characteristics of oilfield enterprises and the ranks of party members, and discusses the solutions to the problems that are not suited, obvious or omission in the study and education of grass-roots party organizations and party members and cadres.
