研究了用V~(5+)作主催化剂,在低酸度下用氯酸钠使联二脲氧化成偶氮二甲酰胺反应中,催化剂钒、溶液的酸浓度以及反应温度等因素对反应的影响,生成偶氮二甲酰胺的速度对催化剂V~(5+)以及当反应溶液中〔H~+〕在0.29mol/L与0.66mol/L之间时对〔V~(5+)〕与〔H~+〕均呈二级反应。根据实验数据,提出了反应的可能机理,解释了实验结果,同时指出反应的较佳条件及实现催化剂循环使用的必要因素。
