近十年来,“学习型组织-五项修炼”作为国际先进的管理理论与工具被引入中国,已被国内越来越多的企业接受和认同,特别是全国总工会等九部委在全国范围内开展“创建学习型组织、争做知识型职工”活动之后,各级政府各企事业单位掀起了创建学习型组织的热潮。当前,学习型组织已从理念导入阶段向创建实践过渡。
In the past decade, “Learning Organization - Five Practices” has been introduced into China as an internationally advanced management theory and tool and has been accepted and recognized by more and more enterprises in China. In particular, nine ministries including the All-China Federation of Trade Unions Within the scope of “creating a learning organization, strive to become knowledge workers” activities, all levels of government enterprises and institutions set off to create a learning organization boom. At present, learning organizations have transitioned from concept introduction to practice creation.
