利用嗜酸性氧化硫硫杆菌(Acidithiobacillus thiooxidans,At.t)菌种,对含磷为0.90%的恩施高磷赤铁矿进行了微生物降磷实验.对At.t浓度、培养基初始pH值和赤铁矿粒度对磷浸出效果的影响进行了系统研究.结果表明,用At.t对高磷赤铁矿进行磷浸出的最佳工艺条件为:At.t浓度10%,培养基初始pH值4.0,赤铁矿粒度75μm,在此条件下得到的磷磷浸出率高达71%,At.t具有较好的降磷效果.
Phosphorus reduction experiments were carried out on Acidithiobacillus thiooxidans (At.t) strain with 0.90% phosphorous. The effects of At.t concentration, initial pH value and The effect of hematite particle size on the leaching effect of phosphorus was systematically studied.The results showed that the optimum technological conditions for the phosphorus leaching of high-phosphorus hematite with At.t were as follows: the concentration of At.t was 10%, the initial pH value 4.0, the hematite particle size is 75μm, the leaching rate of phosphorus and phosphorus is as high as 71% under this condition, and At.t has better phosphorus reducing effect.
