对 Cu2 + 、Fe3+ 在溴代十六烷基三甲胺 (CTMAB)存在下同时与苯基荧光酮的显色反应进行了研究 ,发现它们与苯基荧光酮均能形成稳定的络合物 ,Cu2 +络合物的最大吸收波长为 5 99nm,摩尔吸光系数为 1 .0 8×1 0 5;线性范围 0~ 7μg/2 5 m L.Fe3+络合物的最大吸收波长为 63 8nm,摩尔吸光系数为 8.87× 1 0 4 ,线性范围 0~6μg/2 5 m L.在水样中进行回收率的测定 ,结果满意 .
The color reaction of Cu2 + and Fe3 + with phenylfluorone in the presence of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB) was studied. It was found that both of them formed stable complexes with phenylfluorone. Cu2 + Complex has a maximum absorption wavelength of 599 nm and a molar absorptivity of 1.08 × 10 5 and a linear range of 0 ~ 7 μg / 2 5 m.
