在动态联盟企业模型基础上，阐述了动态联盟企业模型（ＶＥＭ）的建模框架和模型化方法，进一步探讨了支持动态联盟企业模型化的工具系统的系统功能结构与系统的设计实现。
Based on the dynamic alliance enterprise model, this paper expounds the modeling framework and modeling method of the dynamic alliance enterprise model (VEM), and further discusses the design and implementation of the system function structure and system of the tool system supporting the dynamic alliance enterprise modeling.
