一、前言: 我厂分别在一九八一年元月和十二月投产两台断面为160×220毫米的弧形连铸机。通过三年多来的生产实践,使我厂的连铸生产有了较大的提高。一九八三年全年共生产连铸坯十三万三千余吨,连铸比达58.95％,除连铸普炭钢,低合金结构钢以外,还连铸了矽钢三万余吨,160×700毫米板坯五千三百余吨,这样,一九八三年炼钢分厂获经济效益534万元。
I. Foreword: Our factory put into operation two arc continuous caster with 160 × 220mm section in January and December 1981 respectively. Through more than three years of production practice, so that I have a continuous casting plant production has been greatly improved. In 1983, a total of 133,000 tons of continuous casting billet were produced and the continuous casting ratio reached 58.95%. In addition to continuous casting of carbon steel and low alloy structural steel, 30,000 tons of silicon steel were continuously cast , 160 × 700 mm slab more than 5300 tons, so that 1983 Steel Plant received economic benefits 5340000 yuan.
