电连接器中的弹性插孔零件常采用多槽结构见图1。 这些槽的加工是一道关键的工序。我们根据槽形插孔零件的机械加工要求,设计了铣槽通用夹具,结构见图2。 夹具共有14个部件组成:底座1;分度板2;螺钉3;弹簧4;手柄5;撑牙6;胶木球7;盖帽手柄8;销子9;夹头10;夹头盖帽11;基座12;定心销13;分度盖帽14。
Flexible connectors in the electrical components often multi-slot structure shown in Figure 1. The machining of these grooves is a critical process. According to the machining requirements of the slotted socket parts, we design the universal clamp for milling, the structure is shown in Fig.2. The fixture consists of a total of 14 parts: base 1; indexing board 2; screw 3; spring 4; handle 5; supporting tooth 6; bakelite ball 7; cap handle 8; pin 9; collet 10; collet cap 11; base Seat 12; centering pin 13; indexing cap 14.
