企业的管理工作一直都是以企业的生产经营为目的的组织协调工作,随着经济的不断发展,市场的竞争程度越来越激烈,为了更好的方便企业管理工作,我们就必须改变企业的管理手段,通过政治思想工作和人力资源管理相结合的方式,才能够更有效的为企业的发展提供动力。思想政治工作是通过思想工作的加深,逐渐的去转变人的观念和行为的做法,而人力资源管理则是通过有效的管理手段,不断的刺激人的潜力来调动人的积极性。这两种企业管理方式的最终目的都是一致的,都是为了实现企业的又好又快发展,现通过对政治思想工作和人力资源管理两个方面的分析,总结出两者之间的关系,为以后企业的管理工作提供参考。
