目的:建立高效液相法测定芩暴红止咳片中槲皮素和杜鹃素的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以DIONEX-ACCLAIM.120C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱,乙腈-0.4%磷酸缓冲盐溶液(梯度洗脱)为流动相,检测波长为360nm,流速为0.5mL.min-1,柱温为30℃。结果:槲皮素的线性范围为5.8~69.6μg.mL-1,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为100.16%,RSD为1.25%(n=5);杜鹃素的线性范围为7.8~93.6μg.mL-1,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.87%,RSD为1.42%(n=5)。结论:该方法准确,重复性好,专属性高,可用于芩暴红止咳片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of quercetin and farrellin in Qinzhuhongke cough tablets. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of DIONEX-ACCLAIM.120C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column and acetonitrile-0.4% phosphate buffer solution (gradient elution) with a detection wavelength of 360 nm and a flow rate 0.5mL.min-1, the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: The linear range of quercetin was 5.8 ~ 69.6μg.mL-1, r = 0.999 9, the average recovery was 100.16% and the RSD was 1.25% (n = 5). The linear range of farrerol was 7.8 ~ 93.6μg .mL-1, r = 0.999 9, the average recovery was 99.87%, RSD was 1.42% (n = 5). Conclusion: The method is accurate, reproducible and highly specific. It can be used for the quality control of Qinzhongghongzhi Tablet.
