采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜及能谱分析对两种不同方法制备的IN939高温合金在高温、长时间时效过程中的组织稳定性进行研究。结果表明,γ′粒子的粗化行为主要受到初始热处理条件的影响,而之前的制备方法(铸造或热变形)的影响不明显,若有,也只是对γ′粒子的粗化动力学有影响。在790~827℃的温度范围内,铸态或锻态IN939合金样品都有比较好的组织稳定性。在827~910℃的温度范围内,采用初始热处理条件HT1的样品不管是在铸态还是在锻态都有比较好的组织稳定性。
The stability of IN939 superalloy prepared by two different methods at high temperature and for a long time was investigated by optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the roughening behavior of γ ’particles is mainly affected by the initial heat treatment conditions, but the influence of previous preparation methods (casting or thermal deformation) is insignificant. If so, it only affects the coarsening kinetics of γ’ particles . In the temperature range of 790 ~ 827 ℃, IN939 alloy as-cast or as-forged samples have better tissue stability. In the temperature range of 827 ~ 910 ℃, the sample with the initial heat treatment condition HT1 has better tissue stability both in as-cast and as-forged condition.
