以粳稻品种武育粳 3号以及具有高产潜力的 95 16为材料 ,研究了不同产量潜力的两个水稻品种剑叶的光合特性差异。结果表明 ,在剑叶一生中 ,两者的净光合速率、叶绿素含量、RuBPCase总活性和初始活性、光合全链 (z链 )电子传递活性的变化趋势一致。 95 16的衰退速度慢于武育粳 3号 ,且具有较长的光合速率高值持续期、叶绿素含量相对稳定期和较高的叶源量 ,其绝对值分别较武育粳 3号高 2 5d ,4 5d和 12 36 %。 95 16在光合功能衰退过程中光合电子传递与RuBPCase活性衰退平衡状态较好 ,这可能是其持续高光效的原因之一
The photosynthetic characteristics of flag leaf of two rice cultivars with different yield potential were studied using a japonica rice variety Wuyujing 3 and 95 16 with high yield potential. The results showed that the trends of net photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll content, total activity and initial activity of RuBPCase, and electron transfer activities of photosynthetic full-chain (z-chain) were the same during the lifetime of flag leaf. The decline rate of 95 16 was slower than that of Wuyujing 3 and had longer duration of high photosynthetic rate, relatively stable chlorophyll content and higher leaf source, and its absolute value was higher than that of Wuyujing 3 5d, 45d and 12 36%. During the decline of photosynthetic function, the balance between photosynthetic electron transport and RuBPCase activity decay is good, which may be one of the reasons for its continued high light efficiency
