针对目前几种常用模板支撑体系存在的不足,提出了一种适用于钢结构建筑现浇楼板的新型快速拼装模板支撑体系,即悬挂式模板支撑体系.通过理论计算与试验测试,对悬挂式模板支撑体系的力学性能进行了系统研究,在保证模板支撑体系中的所有构件在施工中不发生塑性变形且有足够的刚度与稳定性的前提下,所确定的具有标准化尺寸的L型钢挂件、定位钢板与定位螺栓可以很好地应用于常用柱网在5.5~12.0,m之间的楼盖施工.对于方钢管龙骨,在确定其标准化截面尺寸后,考虑3种壁厚(5,mm、10,mm和15,mm),研究表明,5,mm壁厚的方钢管龙骨可适用于5.5~7.0,m的柱网楼盖施工,10,mm壁厚的方钢管龙骨可适用于5.5~9.0,m的柱网楼盖施工,15,mm壁厚的方钢管龙骨可适用于5.5~12.0,m的柱网楼盖施工.
Aiming at the shortcomings of several commonly used formwork support systems, a new rapid assembly formwork support system for cast-in-place concrete floors is proposed, namely the suspension formwork support system.According to theoretical calculation and test, The mechanical properties of the support system were systematically studied. Under the premise of ensuring that all the components in the support system of the formwork did not undergo plastic deformation during construction and had sufficient rigidity and stability, the L-shaped steel pendants with the standardized dimensions determined were positioned The steel plate and the locating bolt can be well applied to the floor construction of the commonly used column net between 5.5 ~ 12.0 m, for the square steel pipe keel, after determining the standardized cross-sectional dimensions, three kinds of wall thicknesses (5, mm, 10 , mm and 15 mm). The research shows that the square steel tube with 5 mm wall thickness can be applied to the column and net floor construction of 5.5-7.0 m, the square steel tube with 10 mm wall thickness can be applied to 5.5-9.0 , m column net floor construction, 15, mm wall thickness of square steel keel can be applied to 5.5 ~ 12.0, m column net floor construction.
