本文介绍了在YC6 10 8Q型车用直喷式柴油机上 ,对螺旋进气道的三种方案所进行的试验及分析对比 ,结果表明 :螺旋进气道最小截面结构参数是影响流量系数及发动机经济性能和碳烟排放的重要因素 ;合理选用进气道是提高发动机性能的重要措施之一。
This paper introduces the test and analysis of the three schemes of the spiral inlet on the YC6 10 8Q direct injection diesel engine. The results show that the minimum cross-section structural parameters of the spiral inlet are the factors affecting the flow coefficient and the engine Economic performance and soot emissions are important factors; Reasonable selection of the inlet is one of the important measures to improve the performance of the engine.
