目的研究不同间期缺氧高二氧化碳对大鼠肺循环的影响及肺循环改变的可逆性.方法测定缺氧高二氧化碳二周组、四周组及恢复组(缺O2高CO2四周后再呼吸空气四周)、正常对照组大鼠的肺动脉压及心室重量和肺血管肌化程度.结果缺O2高CO2二周引起肺动脉压明显升高(P<0.001),肺血管肌化增强及右心室肥厚.四周组与二周组比较肺动脉压无明显差异,但肺血管肌化及右心肥厚更明显.恢复组肺动脉压降至正常,肺血管肌化及心室肥厚明显减轻.结论缺O2高CO2二周时肺动脉压已达高峰,延长时间使肺血管肌化及心室肥厚更明显,这种肺循环及心室改变具有可逆性.
Objective To study the effects of hypoxia and hypercapnia with different periods on pulmonary circulation and the reversibility of pulmonary circulation in rats. Methods The levels of pulmonary arterial pressure, ventricular weight and pulmonary arterialization were measured in hypoxia and hypercapnia rats in two weeks, four weeks and recovery groups (four weeks after resuscitation without O2 + CO2). Results Oxygen-free high-CO2 for two weeks caused a significant increase in pulmonary artery pressure (P <0.001), enhanced pulmonary vascular and right ventricular hypertrophy. Pulmonary arterial pressure was no significant difference between the four weeks group and the two weeks group, but the pulmonary vascular muscle and right ventricular hypertrophy were more obvious. In the recovery group, the pulmonary arterial pressure dropped to normal, and pulmonary vascular smooth muscle and ventricular hypertrophy were significantly reduced. Conclusions Pulmonary arterial pressure peaked in the absence of O2 and hypercapnia for two weeks, prolonged pulmonary vascular remodeling and ventricular hypertrophy were more pronounced. The pulmonary circulation and ventricular changes were reversible.
