我队在施工301号鑽孔时,由于地质设計对弯曲度要求特别严格(每百公尺弯曲度2°~2°30′,低于或超过这一范圍,就成廢孔),而同时该孔地层条件复杂,开孔由0~3公尺38公分为表土,3公尺38公分至375公尺3公分为复杂的混合岩,其中有許多小夾层如綠泥石英岩,綠泥黑云母片岩,黑云母綠泥石英岩等。当我們在从77公尺鑽到104公尺时就发生了严重的弯曲,仅在27公尺的进尺中就弯曲了3°,为了保証鑽进質量防止产生报廢現象,我們研究使用了鑽铤鑽进,取得了良好效果,达到了地質設計要求。
