有些患骨质疏松的人为什么补钙效果不好?北京市生物材料与工程研究中心的科研人员称已初步找到关键原因,那是因为“BMP-7”。 BMP 是骨形成发生蛋白(Bone Morphogentic Protein)的英文缩写。这种蛋白具有独特的诱导成骨功能,可使断骨再接和缺骨快速再生。目前已发现13种 BMP,其中12种都不同程度地具有诱导成骨作用,其中 BMP-7和 BMP-2的作用最强。而以旅美华裔科学家为核心的中外合作研究发现:BMP-7表达的主要部位不是骨组织,而是肾脏,而且 BMP-7表达的水平会随蕾年龄的增大而下降,这说明了为什么患肾病的儿童骨骼组织发育不全,也解释了为什么移植成人的肾脏给患儿后,仍无法纠正骨组织
