目的 :研究长瓣金莲花 (TrolliuschinensisBunge)中非黄酮类成分的抑菌和抗病毒活性 .方法 :用柱层析等手段分离化学成分 ,并用波谱手段作结构鉴定 ;用微量稀释法作体外抑菌和抗病毒活性研究 .结果 :从长瓣金莲花中提取分离出原金莲酸 ;原金莲酸对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌的最低抑菌质量浓度为 0 2mg/mL ,对A型流感病毒的半抑制质量浓度为 184 2 μg/mL ,治疗指数为 4 0 .结论 :原金莲酸对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌有抑制活性 ,对A型流感病毒有弱的抑制活性 .
OBJECTIVE: To study the antibacterial and antiviral activity of non-flavonoids in Trollius chinensis Bunge.Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated by column chromatography and identified by spectroscopic methods. And antiviral activity.Results: The original lotion was extracted and extracted from the petunia officinalis. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the original patulin against Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis was 0 2 mg / mL, The inhibitory concentration was 184 2 μg / mL and the therapeutic index was 40. Conclusion: Protolinic acid has inhibitory activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis and weak inhibitory activity against influenza A virus.
