本试验设计出大型房式储备粮仓立体通风系统,并进行了通风生产考核试验,结果表明:降温效果及均匀性达到了规定要求,送风距离达45.5m,通风与密闭储存方式能有机地结合,简化了管理程序,吸出、压入通风方式均可应用,离心机、轴流风机、排风扇可以互换应用,以轴流风机性能最佳,均匀性最好.该系统设备投资省,动耗低,通风生产成本低,综合性能优于地槽、地上笼通风等,可在大型房式仓中推广应用.
