重量法测定鈹虽然准确,但費时,手續繁复,应用比色法进行测定,近年来已广泛地試驗,一般多是应用在测定低含量的鈹,现試提出一个能测定較高含量鈹的方法。 G.H.OSborn等曾用硼砂在鉑坩堝中熔矿,用碱提取,过滤后在硼酸—氢氧化鈉介貭中,用对—硝基苯偶氮甲苯二酚为显色剂,进行光度法比色測定。Pollock提出用氟化鈉熔矿,以硫酸除氟离子后,在酒石酸的碱性溶液中,加入上述显色剂进行比色。有建議在鉄坩堝中用过氧化鈉熔矿,过滤除去残渣,在弱碱性溶液中硼酸緩冲剂存
