本文对刚性转子平衡进行分析,根据力的平衡条件,不用传统的方法而用复数法来建立计算回转件平衡重的数学模型;对各种类型回转件的平衡编写出计算源程序,按给定条件进行赋值,用微机进行分析计算,快速而准确地求得回转件不平衡时在任意选定的平衡面内应加的平衡重径积的大小和方位。适用于对各种做回转运动的机械部件的平衡计算,可在生产部门中推广应用。
