作者应用红色和黄色氪激光(波长分别为647.1nm 和568.2nm)进行小梁成形术,并与氩激光小梁成形术作了对比。共作14例15只眼,10例为原发性开角型青光眼,3例为开角和闭角联合型青光眼,1例为晶体囊表皮假性剥脱和开角型青光眼。另外14例原发性开角型青光眼中的8例对侧眼进行了氩激光小梁成形术。这些青光眼的严重程度相类似,视神经均有明显的青光眼损害,最大耐受量药物疗法眼压亦不能控制。
The authors performed trabeculoplasty using red and yellow krypton lasers (647.1 nm and 568.2 nm, respectively) and compared with argon laser trabeculoplasty. A total of 14 cases of 15 eyes, 10 cases of primary open-angle glaucoma, open angle and angle of closure in 3 cases of glaucoma, 1 case of pseudocapsules of the crystalline capsule epidermis and open angle glaucoma. Another 14 cases of primary open-angle glaucoma in the contralateral eye in 8 cases of argon laser trabeculoplasty. The severity of these glaucoma is similar to the optic nerve have significant glaucoma damage, the maximum tolerated drug therapy intraocular pressure can not be controlled.
