目的了解福建省医疗机构医用辐射防护现状,提出管理对策。方法随机选择56家医疗机构(三级16家,二级21家,≤一级19家),开展医用辐射防护调查和放射诊疗设备、场所检测,对检测数据进行分析。结果共监测280台放射诊疗设备,开展设备稳定性检测的以放射治疗和核医学单位84.2%(16/19)最高、三级医院(50%,8/16)最高。诊疗设备性能状态检测覆盖率77.1%(216/280),检测合格率75.5%(163/216),新老设备合格率差别不大;设备性能状态检测有53台不合格,≤2项不合格占92.5%;诊疗设备场所防护合格率97.5%(234/240);个人防护用品平均配置率2.7件/台,一、二级医院平均2.4件/台;从事X射线诊断、介入放射学及核医学的7家医疗机构,平均2.8件/台;表面污染检测仪和活度计配置率达114%。结论福建省省医疗机构应加强放射诊疗设备防护管理与性能检测,落实个人防护用品的配置和使用。
Objective To understand the status of medical radiation protection in medical institutions in Fujian Province and put forward management strategies. Methods Fifty-six medical institutions (16 in level 3, 21 in level 2 and 19 in level 1) were randomly selected to carry out medical radiological protection investigation, radiological diagnosis and treatment equipment and place testing, and the test data were analyzed. Results A total of 280 radiotherapy and treatment facilities were monitored. The highest rate of radiotherapy and nuclear medicine units was 84.2% (16/19) and the highest level was in tertiary hospitals (50%, 8/16). 77.1% (216/280) coverage rate of medical equipment performance inspection, 75.5% (163/216) pass detection rate, little difference between the qualification rates of old and new equipment; 53 unqualified equipment performance status tests, ≤2 unqualified Accounting for 92.5%; medical equipment protection rate of 97.5% (234/240); personal protective equipment, the average configuration rate of 2.7 pieces / Taiwan, a hospital and an average of 2.4 pieces / Taiwan; engaged in X-ray diagnosis, interventional radiology and nuclear Medical 7 medical institutions, an average of 2.8 / Taiwan; surface contamination detector and activity meter configuration rate of 114%. Conclusion Fujian Province medical institutions should strengthen the radiation treatment equipment protection management and performance testing, the implementation of personal protective equipment configuration and use.
