鉴于传统的水泥混凝土道路维修方法的不足,在对水泥混凝土道路采用高聚物注浆技术进行加固维修,并利用FWD对道路注浆前后进行弯沉检测,用于分析和评价注浆效果.从注浆前后弯沉检测的结果可知,注浆后弯沉值均有不同程度的减小,分析表明.高聚物注浆技术在填充脱空、排出下层积水等方面有着良好的效果,并且对路面结构破坏小,施工速度快,对交通影响小,在水泥混凝土道路维修领域有着广阔的应用前景。
In view of the shortcomings of the traditional cement concrete road maintenance methods, the cement concrete road using polymer grouting technology for reinforcement maintenance, and the use of FWD before and after the roadway grouting test for the analysis and evaluation of grouting effect. The result of deflection test before and after grouting shows that the deflection values of grouting decreases to some extent, and the analysis shows that polymer grouting technology has a good effect in filling void, discharging the lower water, etc. The pavement structure is less damaged, the construction speed is fast, the impact on traffic is small, and it has broad application prospect in the field of cement concrete road maintenance.
