采用乳液接枝聚合方法制备出不同GMA含量的官能化ABS改性剂,结合不同改性剂增韧PA6产物中两相间界面性能的差异,对比研究了共混物力学性能的变化规律。结果表明:ABS改性剂的官能化有利于其在PA6基体中均匀分散;随着改性剂中GMA含量增加,共混物熔融共混过程中的平衡转矩值上升,两相间界面结合力增大,其中GMA质量分数为3%的改性剂增韧PA6树脂的效果最佳。
The functionalized ABS modifiers with different GMA content were prepared by emulsion graft polymerization. The differences of the interfacial properties between the two phases in toughened PA6 with different modifiers were compared. The variation of the mechanical properties of blends was studied. The results showed that the functionalization of ABS modifier was beneficial for the uniform dispersion of PA6 in PA6 matrix. With the increase of GMA content in the modifier, the equilibrium torque increased during melt blending, and the interfacial bonding force Increase, which GMA mass fraction of 3% modifier toughening PA6 resin best.
