目的 :探讨妊娠母亲和新生儿血清胆红素对脂代谢的影响及意义。方法 :同时测定 118组临产母亲、脐血、新生儿和 42例对照组成人的血清总胆红素 (Bil -T)、结合胆红素 (Bil -D)和胆固醇 (Chol)、甘油三酯 (TG)、载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)含量 ,将各组检测结果作显著性检验和相关分析。结果 :新生儿的血清Bil-T、Bil-D >脐血 >临产母亲、成人对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。母亲的血清Chol、TG、ApoA1、ApoB含量 >成人对照组 >新生儿 >脐血 (P <0 .0 5 )。临产母亲的血清Chol、TG、ApoA1、ApoB含量不受胆红素的影响 (P >0 .0 5 )。新生儿的血清Chol、TG、ApoB含量与Bil-T、Bil-D的变化一致 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;血清ApoA1含量与Bil-T、Bil-D的变化无关 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :妊娠母亲血中胆红素含量正常 ,不影响血脂代谢 ;新生儿出生以后 ,血清胆红素含量在生理范围内增高 ,将对血脂代谢产生一定的影响 ,有利于改善体内存在的低脂血症。
Objective: To investigate the effect and significance of serum bilirubin on lipid metabolism in pregnant mothers and neonates. Methods: The serum levels of total bilirubin (Bil-T), bilirubin (Bil-D) and cholesterol (Chol), triglyceride (TG), apolipoprotein A1 (ApoA1) and apolipoprotein B (ApoB) were determined. The test results of each group were significantly tested and correlated. Results: Serum Bil-T, Bil-D> umbilical cord blood> litter maternal and adult control group (P <0.05). The mothers’ serum Chol, TG, ApoA1, ApoB content> adult control group> newborn> cord blood (P <0.05). The serum levels of Chol, TG, ApoA1 and ApoB in working mothers were not affected by bilirubin (P> 0.05). The levels of serum Chol, TG and ApoB in newborns were consistent with the changes of Bil-T and Bil-D (P <0.05). The serum level of ApoA1 was not related to the changes of Bil-T and Bil-D 5). Conclusion: The content of bilirubin in the blood of pregnant mothers is normal and does not affect the metabolism of blood lipids. After birth, serum bilirubin levels increase in the physiological range, which will affect blood lipid metabolism to a certain extent, Blood disorders.
