目的 探讨高考前学生的焦虑水平 ,并提出相应的干预措施。方法 采用焦虑自评量表 ( SAS)对 80名应届高考前学生与 70名应届师范中专学生进行测评对照 ,并对结果进行统计分析。结果 高考前学生的 SAS总分及各项目分均明显高于对照组 ,并具有统计学意义的差异性 ( P<0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1 )。结论 高考前学生存在一定的焦虑情绪 ,应该加以积极的调试和心理危机干预
Objective To explore the anxiety level of students before college entrance examination and to put forward corresponding interventions. Methods The self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) was used to test 80 pre-college students and 70 normal secondary school students, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results Before the entrance examination, the students’ SAS scores and scores of all items were significantly higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05-0.01). Conclusion There is a certain degree of anxiety among students before college entrance examination, which should be actively debugged and psychological crisis intervention
