为更好落实国家技术经济政策以节约资源保护环境,规范绿色建筑评价体系,住建部于2014年末推出了新版评价标准。然而新版标准在综合性热环境指标以及评价工具方面有所欠缺,不能充分指导地域性绿色建筑设计。辽宁冬季严寒、全年风速高的气候条件的指标体系和工作方法的不完善,影响了绿色建筑的评价与设计。通过对人群的适应性热舒适调研以及4个典型城区街道的气象观测,建立了相对完整的数据,同时进行案例模拟,并运用到多个城市设计项目中进行验证,建立了符合辽宁气候特点的室外热环境综合设计方法和工作体系。在辽宁地区冬冷夏热的地域条件下,得出相适的设计策略,包括:城市规划指标合理区间、建筑布局、形态优化、绿地景观设计、利用地形和气候条件的策略及其工作方法和流程。对于地域性绿色建筑的发展将起到积极影响。
In order to better implement the national technical and economic policies to save resources and protect the environment, and to standardize the green building evaluation system, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development launched a new version of the evaluation standard in late 2014. However, the new standard lacks comprehensive thermal environment indicators and evaluation tools and can not fully guide the design of regional green buildings. Liaoning winter cold, year-round weather conditions of the climatic conditions of the index system and work methods are not perfect, affecting the green building evaluation and design. Based on the investigation of adaptive thermal comfort to the population and the meteorological observation of 4 typical urban streets, relatively complete data were set up, and the case simulation was carried out at the same time. Several urban design projects were used to verify the data and establish a climate-friendly Outdoor thermal environment integrated design method and working system. In the winter and summer and hot summer in Liaoning region, the suitable design strategies are obtained, including: reasonable urban planning index, building layout, shape optimization, landscape design of green land, strategies of using topography and climatic conditions, working methods and processes . For the development of regional green buildings will have a positive impact.
