随着中国加入WTO,我国企业发展面临严峻的市场形势,这就需要企业制定企业战略,不断提高市场竞争力。如今以人为本的经营理念是社会发展趋势,越来越多的企业也开始重视员工培训,以解决各种人力资源问题。由于企业发展的外部环境变化无常,为了提高企业员工培训工作的效率,就应该立足业务战略构建员工培训体系,将培训目标和业务发展紧密结合。
With China’s accession to the WTO, the development of China’s enterprises is facing a harsh market situation, which requires enterprises to formulate business strategies and continuously improve their market competitiveness. Now people-oriented business philosophy is the trend of social development, more and more enterprises have begun to attach importance to staff training to solve a variety of human resources issues. Due to the volatile external environment of enterprise development, in order to improve the efficiency of staff training, it is necessary to establish a staff training system based on business strategy to closely integrate the training objectives and business development.
