为了从细观角度阐释集料以及沥青混合料在料斗和运料车中堆积过程的接触力分布情况,利用离散元软件生成6种类型集料和沥青混合料的细观模型,数值模拟了集料和沥青混合料在料斗和运料车中的堆积过程,得到了2种堆积形式的接触力分布和最大接触力值。结果表明:(1)密级配的AC沥青混合料和集料堆积后形成的接触力网比间断级配的SMA密集;(2)SMA的接触力网反映了其骨架结构特征;(3)集料形成的堆积角度大于沥青混合料形成的休止角;(4)粒径越大集料颗粒间的最大接触力越大,运料车中6种沥青混合料的最大接触力均大于料斗中的最大接触力。通过数值模拟集料和沥青混合料的堆积过程,可以从细观角度认识其堆积的随机性,以及集料颗粒间、集料颗粒与料斗壁和运料车壁的相互作用。
In order to explain the contact force distribution of aggregates and asphalt mixture in the process of accumulation in hopper and carrier car, the mesoscopic models of 6 types of aggregate and asphalt mixture were generated by discrete element software, The accumulation process of material and asphalt mixture in hopper and carrier truck, the contact force distribution and the maximum contact force value of two kinds of accumulation are obtained. Through the numerical simulation of the accumulation process of aggregate and asphalt mixture, the randomness of accumulation and the interaction between aggregate particles, aggregate particles and hopper wall and carrier car wall can be recognized from the microscopic point of view.
