文章通过分析近年来有关精氨酸(Arg)、一氧化氮(NO)及补充Arg对运动调节作用的研究报道,阐述了Arg/NO在机体运动应激和运动功效等方面的作用及可能的机制。NO与运动量、运动强度、运动调节等有一定关联;运动状态下,机体明显增加对Arg的需求量,补充Arg有益于机体蛋白质合成,增加主动肌血流量,减少血氨防止氨中毒,提高肌肉力量,减少代谢物累积。因此,补充Arg可以提高肌肉工作效率,延缓疲劳。
