测定凝胶含量研究了在氮气氛下,溶胀在高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)与低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)中十氢化萘和四氯化碳分子对聚乙烯辐射交联的影响。结果表明,两种自由基辐解产额相差较大的有机分子对聚乙烯辐射交联有相近的抑制作用。初步讨论了这种抑制作用的机理。利用示差扫描量热技术(DSC)测定了在空气条件下,溶胀有十氢化萘或四氯化碳的HDPE的热性质(T’_m和△H’_f),结果△H’_f随剂量增加无大变化,T’_m稍有下降,熔融吸热的双峰消失了。表明剂量不太大时,溶剂分子对聚合物自由基与氧的反应有保护作用。
Determination of gel content The effect of decalin and carbon tetrachloride molecules on polyethylene radiation crosslinking in high density polyethylene (HDPE) and low density polyethylene (LDPE) under nitrogen was investigated. The results showed that the two organic molecules with large differences in radiative yield of free radicals had a similar inhibitory effect on the radiation crosslinking of polyethylene.
