随着经济全球化和能源国际大战的到来,我国的石油产业发生了很大的变革。先后经历了石油、石化的重组改制,石油企业内部人员增减以及下岗再就业等一系列的重大变革。但是人力资源管理方面是落后的,由于石油企业经营方式的转变,人力资源的短缺和人才的流失以及管理体制的原因,给石油企业发展带来了很大的阻力。本文针对石油企业发展带来的挑战,对石油企业人力资源管理提出了理念与体制的创新。
With the advent of economic globalization and international war of energy, great changes have taken place in the petroleum industry in our country. It has undergone a series of major changes such as reorganization and restructuring of oil and petrochemical industry, increase and decrease of internal staff in oil enterprises and re-employment of laid-off workers. However, the management of human resources is backward. Due to the change of management mode of petroleum enterprises, the shortage of human resources, the loss of talents and the reason of management system, the development of petroleum enterprises has brought great resistance. This article aims at the challenges brought by the development of petroleum enterprises and puts forward the innovation of ideas and systems to the human resources management of petroleum enterprises.
