批评是班主任对学生进行思想教育常用的一种方法,是班主任对学生的不当思想和言行给予的否定评价,以进行警示,从而促使学生努力改正缺点和错误。批评的根本目的是要引起学生思想的变化,使其真正提高认识,变得更有道德和教养,从而少犯错误。换句话说,批评是为了不批评。要达到这种境界,班主任要认真研究和探索批评的艺术。 Criticism is a common method used by teachers to teach their students ideologically. It is the class teacher’s negation of misconduct and demeaning of words and deeds to alert students so that they can work hard to correct their shortcomings and mistakes. The fundamental purpose of criticism is to arouse the changes of students’ thinking so that they can truly raise their awareness, become more moral and educated, and thus make fewer mistakes. In other words, criticism is for non-criticism. To achieve this state, the teacher should carefully study and explore the art of criticism.
