关于固氮活性的研究一直引起人们的重视,特别是乙炔还原法的应用,使这方面的研究有了新发展.但由于土壤类型、气候条件、豆科绿肥的种类以及测定方法等的不同,得到的结果很不一致.我们根据本省的具体条件,研究了几种重要豆科绿肥的固氮活性.一、材料和方法从生产上常用的冬季绿肥中,选用紫云英、苕子、箭舌豌豆6625、箭舌豌豆7513、豌豆、蚕豆等几种绿肥.固氮活性的测定,用乙炔还原法,按上海植生所固氮室的简易法操作.仪器为SP2035E型,10毫伏电子电位差记录讯号.以氢焰检测,氮气作载气.所用的氮、氢和空气都预先通过分子筛5A干燥.层析柱3米,
