GB50501—2007《水利工程工程量清单计价规范》的发布实施,规范了水利工程工程量清单计价行为,统一了水利工程工程量清单的编制和计价方法。为此,从招标文件工程量清单编制、标底编制、投标报价、合同管理等4个方面对水利工程工程量清单计价规范在水利工程招投标、合同管理工作中的操作规程进行探讨,认为该规范从制度上维护了水利工程参建各方的利益,对健全和维护我国水利工程建设市场竞争秩序具有重要意义。 GB50501-2007 “Water Project Bill of Quantities Pricing,” the release of the implementation of standardized water pricing bill pricing behavior, unification of the water project bill of quantities preparation and pricing method. From the system to maintain the interests of all parties involved in the construction of water conservancy projects, to improve and maintain the order of competition in the construction of China’s water conservancy market is of great significance.
