线粒体作为细胞内的能源基地,在卵子发育潜能中发挥了重要的作用。研究发现人卵线粒体DNA具有较高的缺失率,同时卵子中完整的mtDNA拷贝数或者mtDNA转录水平也与发育潜能相关。线粒体功能改变可通过参与卵子非整倍体的发生;干扰正常的受精及胚胎发育而影响卵子的发育潜能。通过卵浆移植、生殖泡移植或线粒体移植可提高卵子的发育潜能,挽救老化的卵子。
Mitochondria, as an intracellular energy base, play an important role in egg developmental potential. The study found that human egg mitochondrial DNA has a high deletion rate, while the egg intact mtDNA copy number or mtDNA transcription level is also related to developmental potential. Changes in mitochondrial function can be involved in the occurrence of aneuploid eggs; interfere with normal fertilization and embryonic development and affect the developmental potential of the egg. Through the oocyte transplantation, reproductive bubble transplantation or mitochondrial transplantation can increase the developmental potential of the egg to save the aging eggs.
