标准化是全面质量管理的四大支柱之一,对于保证和提高工程设计质量具有十分重要的作用,在工程设计中大力使用标准设计,可以节省设计力量,缩短设计周期,提高设计质量,有利于加快建设速度,保证工程质量,充分发挥基建项目的综合效益。下面笔者结合几年来参加民航工程中机场供电、助航灯光、通信导航等工程设计的工作实践,就机场工程设计的标准化工作谈几点粗浅的认识和看法。1.建立统一的民航机场工程设计编制深度标准设计文件编制深度标准属于工作标准。国家建设部关于建筑工程设计文件编制深度有明确的统一规定。颁有《建筑工程设计文件编制深度的规定》作为建设部的部颁标准下发执行。
Standardization is one of the four pillars of total quality management. It plays an important role in ensuring and improving the quality of engineering design. It is of great importance to use standard design in engineering design to save design strength, shorten design cycle and improve design quality. Construction speed, quality assurance projects, give full play to the comprehensive benefits of infrastructure projects. The following author combined with several years to participate in civil aviation projects in the airport power supply, navigation aids lighting, communications and navigation engineering design work practices, airport engineering design standardization work to talk a few superficial understanding and opinion. 1. Establish a unified civil airport engineering design depth standard design documents Compilation of depth standards are working standards. Ministry of Construction on the depth of architectural engineering design documents have a clear uniform provisions. Awarded the “Regulations on the Depth of Architectural Engineering Design Documents” as the ministerial standards issued by the Ministry of Construction.
