一、存在的问题我厂生产的CD_I、MD_I型电动葫芦配套用20安断火限位器是在原联合设计组设计的双限位断火限位器的基础上根据我厂生产条件改制的,在使用过程中经常发生断火时动作不灵活或卡死不复位等情况;有时由于断火不力、燃弧时间过长、火焰过大造成触点熔焊,甚至相间短路等故障。1973年11月我们对限位器进行了试验,结果除上述故障以外,还发现(1)触点脱焊,(2)触点间漏电距离不够,(3)不同触点的开距不等,最大达10.3mm最小仅7.9mm,(4)动静触点错位严重,有的竟达到50%。
