用马铃薯汁改革和简化培养基有许多成功报道。山东烟草研究所用20%马铃薯汁取代培养基的五种微量元素和七种有机成份,其效果不次于原培养基H。中国科学院遗传研究所对水稻培养基的改革试验,也证明了马铃薯汁代替Miller培养基中的四种微最元素和四种有机成份,对于诱导水稻花粉愈伤组织出苗效果良好。马铃薯简化培养基在黄花菜组织培养上的应用未见公开报道。现将我们在这方面进行的一些工作简报如下。
There are many successful reports of reforming and simplifying media with potato juice. Shandong Tobacco Research Institute replaced 20% potato juice with five kinds of trace elements and seven kinds of organic components of the medium, with the same effect as the original medium H. Experiments on the reformulation of rice medium by the Institute of Genetics of Chinese Academy of Sciences also proved that potato juice instead of the four micro-elements and the four organic components in Miller medium is good for inducing the emergence of rice pollen callus. The application of potato simplified medium in lily tissue culture has not been reported publicly. Here is a brief summary of some of the work we have done in this area.
