目的 本研究旨在评估肌醇(Myo-inositol)通过增加胰岛素敏感性对伴有代谢综合征的绝经后妇女的益处。方法 进行为期6个月的前瞻性研究,共纳入80例伴代谢综合征的绝经后妇女,分为干预组(肌醇2g BID+饮食)和对照组(安慰剂+饮食)。评估受试者基线和6个月后的胰岛素抵抗(用HOMA-IR来反映胰岛素敏感性)、血脂和血压水平。结果 干预组比对照组在收缩压和舒张压、HOMA-IR、血清胆固醇和甘油三酯水平有更多改善,两组差异显著。就干预组而言,舒张压下降11%,HOMA指数降低75%,血清甘油三酯水平降低20%,HLD-C(高密度脂蛋白胆固醇)水平增加22%。结论 对于伴有代谢综合征的绝经后妇女,补充肌醇可能是一个不错的选择。和单一的饮食干预相比,在饮食干预的基础上增加肌醇可能更好改善绝经后妇女代谢综合征的各个组分。
Purpose This study was designed to evaluate the benefits of myo-inositol in postmenopausal women with metabolic syndrome by increasing insulin sensitivity. METHODS: A prospective, 6-month, prospective study of 80 postmenopausal women with metabolic syndrome was divided into intervention group (2 g BID + dietary inositol) and control group (placebo + diet). Subjects were assessed at baseline and after 6 months of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR to reflect insulin sensitivity), lipids and blood pressure levels. Results The intervention group had more improvement in systolic and diastolic blood pressure, HOMA-IR, serum cholesterol and triglyceride levels than the control group, with significant difference between the two groups. In the intervention group, a 11% decrease in diastolic blood pressure, a 75% decrease in the HOMA index, a 20% decrease in serum triglyceride levels, and a 22% increase in HLD-C (high density lipoprotein cholesterol) levels were observed. Conclusions For postmenopausal women with metabolic syndrome, inositol replacement may be a good choice. Compared with a single dietary intervention, the addition of inositol to dietary interventions may improve various components of the metabolic syndrome in postmenopausal women.
