【案情简介】W小区于上世纪80年代建成,其中602甲登记为车棚,房屋产权人为S市房产管理局,属全民所有,管理单位为F经营所,后更名为F物业公司。2005年9月28日,W业主大会、业主委员会依法成立并经备案登记。业主大会成立后,委托F物业公司对小区物业进行管理,之后F物业公司又转包给被告H物业公司进行管理。自2003年4月1日至2009年12月31日止,602甲车棚被租赁给被告
【Brief introduction of the case】 W district was built in the 80s of last century, of which 602 A was registered as a carport, and the property owner was S Real Estate Authority, which was owned by the whole people. The management unit was F Operational Co., Ltd. and changed its name to F Property Company. From 1 April 2003 to 31 December 2009, 602 car sheds were leased to the defendants
