用人IgG 的Fab 抗原免疫BALB/C 小鼠,取脾细胞与SP2/0-Ag14小鼠骨髓瘤细胞,在PEG 作用下进行融合,其融合率为97.22%。经微量ELISA 和间接血球凝集试验(PHA)检测抗体,筛选出两个克隆株,反复克隆后,对其中的两个细胞株C31、10和C31、6进行鉴定,结果如下。用人IgG 作抗原,两个单克隆抗体(McAb)
BALB / C mice were immunized with human IgG Fab antigen and spleen cells were fused with SP2 / 0-Ag14 mouse myeloma cells. The fusion rate was 97.22% under the action of PEG. Antibodies were detected by micro-ELISA and indirect hemagglutination assay (PHA), and two clones were screened out.
