目的:观察全蝎、蜈蚣对CIA大鼠关节和小肠粘膜IL-1β、TNF-α表达的影响。方法:采用Ⅱ型胶原蛋白诱导的大鼠类风湿性关节炎(CIA)模型后给药40天,ELISA法检测关节和小肠组织匀浆IL-1β、TNF-α表达水平。结果:IL-1β、TNF-α在模型组大鼠关节组织匀浆表达水平均明显高于正常组,而在小肠粘膜表达则正好相反,并均具有统计学意义;与模型组比较,全蝎、蜈蚣高、中剂量组大鼠关节组织匀浆IL-1β表达水平显著下降,仅中剂量组TNF-α表达显著下降;全蝎、蜈蚣高中低三剂量组大鼠小肠组织匀浆IL-1β表达水平显著升高,而对小肠粘膜TNF-α的表达则作用不明显。结论:全蝎、蜈蚣对CIA大鼠关节和小肠TNF-α和IL-1β表达的调节作用不一致。
Objective: To observe the effects of Scorpio and centipede on the expression of IL-1β and TNF-α in articular and intestinal mucosa of CIA rats. Methods: The model rats with rheumatoid arthritis (CIA) induced by type Ⅱ collagen were administered for 40 days. The expression of IL-1β and TNF-α in joint and intestinal homogenate were detected by ELISA. Results: The expression levels of IL-1β and TNF-α in the model group were significantly higher than those in the normal group, but not in the small intestine mucosa, both of which were statistically significant. Compared with the model group, Scorpio , Centipede high and medium dose group of joint tissue IL-1βexpression levels decreased significantly, only the middle dose group TNF-αexpression decreased significantly; Scorpio, centipede high and low dose group of small intestine tissue IL-1β The expression level was significantly increased, while the small intestine mucosa TNF-α expression is not obvious. CONCLUSION: Scorpio and centipede have different regulative effects on the expression of TNF-α and IL-1β in joints and small intestine in CIA rats.
