母子公司间有效地知识转移是企业集团新知识得以产生的前提,也是集团核心能力和竞争优势的主要来源之一。母子公司间反复的知识流入与流出,使得企业集团不断地创造新知识并加以积累和丰富以影响集团创新价值的实现。企业集团知识转移的影响因素,主要包括母子公司间的组织关系、知识转移主体、知识网络特性三方面,并且母子公司知识转移效果对集团创新绩效的影响受到组织情境和知识特性调节作用的影响。企业集团应从理顺母子公司组织关系、增强知识转移能力和转移意愿以提高知识转移效率、完善母子公司知识转移的网络平台三方面着手搭建企业集团知识转移的创新机制。
The effective transfer of knowledge between parent and subsidiary companies is a prerequisite for the new knowledge of the enterprise group and one of the main sources of the group’s core competence and competitive advantage. The repeated inflows and outflows of knowledge between parent and subsidiary companies allow the group of enterprises to continually create new knowledge and accumulate and enrich it so as to affect the realization of the group’s innovative value. The influencing factors of knowledge transfer of enterprise group include three aspects: the organizational relationship, the main body of knowledge transfer and the characteristics of knowledge network between parent company and subsidiary company, and the influence of parent-subsidiary company’s knowledge transfer effect on innovation performance of group is influenced by the adjustment of organizational situation and knowledge characteristics. The enterprise group should set up an innovative mechanism for knowledge transfer of enterprise groups from three aspects, such as straightening out the parent-subsidiary company organizational relationship, enhancing knowledge transfer capability and willingness to transfer, improving the efficiency of knowledge transfer and improving the knowledge transfer of mother-subsidiary companies.
